"Oh." he said as he watched, he looked down at his homework when she sat beside him, "It's how you solve equations with different operations in them." he said with a smile.

[Boomer]

"Oh..." she murmured, now understanding, "It used to be called PEMDAS, at least when Mare and I were in school. But things change all the time, I suppose." She shrugged a little as she looked over his homework. "Still, this looks a lot more complicated than I remember." she mumbled, "I wasn't ever really good with math. Mare's good at this stuff."

"I don't mind math." he said as he looked over at her with a smile as he looked down at his math, "What did the P stand for?" he asked as he looked over at her.

[Boomer]

"Parenthesis..." she said, thinking about it for a moment. Maria glanced towards the living room as Mary and Henry were with their three pups. She didn't want to bother them. "What other kinds of homework do you have?" she asked.

"Oh, the B dtands for brackets." he smiled as he looked over at her, he looked at his homework, "Well I am getting ahead in my other work, I like school, and I want to be able to help Alessa, so I like getting ahead so I can try."

[Boomer]

"I know things have been kinda hectic since losing your home." she said gently, "Hopefully Alessa can get into a school. I think she's well enough to go." Maria shrugged, knowing that it wasn't her choice; still, she thought it'd do Alessa some good to get out of the house and not have so many distractions.

"I don't know, I think Alessa likes it here more, she doesn't want to come to school cause she thinks the kids will be mean." he said as he looked over at her. He looked back at his work, getting back to it, he just wanted his family happy, and he hadn't really got to spend a lot of time with Alessa, well ever yet.

[Boomer]

"Maybe being in a special classroom would help." she murmured. Maria didn't really have experience as a parent, so it was difficult to decide something like that. Alessa came out of her room as she heard them talking. She held onto Scarlett tightly.

Matt looked at her, "I don't know." he admitted as he looked back at his homework, he didn't know what to do really, he was just wanting everyone happy. When he heard Alessa he looked over and smiled, "Hey Alessa." he said happily.

[Boomer]

Alessa was rather quiet as Matt spoke. "Hi." she said softly. The pup looked around for a moment before flicking her tail. She had heard them talking about her and school.
