If you look at it rarity wise it's perfectly fair, as they're on the same tier

Demand is up to you and your partner, but I've heard the fruits/veggies are a bit harder to trade off than a Sorb would be (I think, get another opinion for sure..)

Rarity wise I believe this is fair - if you take the gap between an Early and a Mid 2009 Very Rare into consideration
Demand is up to you and your trading partner

Malk Horse = Early 2009 Very Rare
Rat = Mid 2009 Very Rare

The gap would be roughly 1-2 Early/Mid 2009 Uncommons
1 2011 Rare = 4 2011 Uncommons = 2 2010 Uncommons = 1 2009 Uncommon
