Which of these is better? Should I accept either?

They both seem overly fair

Nope, they're both unfair to the sunback actually.
The first one is fairer though, they would need to add 2 sorbets.

So, the top adds up to 1 2015 Common + 1 2017 Common - which is not fair for the bottom - rarity wise

*4:1 Ratio was used for Uncommons to Rare for the conversion - so if you use the 2:1 Ratio the value will be less
