Hey, I have absolutely no clue if this is a fair trade or not.
A thing I might add that even though the horse is on my WL I don't necessarily want it that bad, so the trade should preferably be on the better side =)

Actually, this should be unfair to you. The pets on their side add up to 425C$ and I do not believe their items are worth more than 500C$.

(Substituting a non for the UR galaxy cat, please give opinions, I know it has no set value).
