(CRAP! I can't believe I missed all the drama. -.-)

Mapleshadow had watched the whole scene go down, still in the tree. She didn't interfere though. It was Manestar and Miststar's problem, not hers. But when she heard her name, she pricked her ears and REALLY started listening. Manestar loves me?... she thinks, almost squealing with joy. But then she hears Hiddenthunder's comment about Darkclaw and freezes. But... Darkclaw likes me too?... But we're in different clans... I won't go through what Manestar and Miststar just went through... Not EVER.... When the group of cats finally split, she watches everyone run back into their own territories and camps. She drops down from the tree and jogs after Manestar, making it to camp a few minutes after him. She pads slowly to his den. "Manestar...?"

"Manestar?" she calls again, stepping into the den. She sees him crying and pads over.

Manestar lifted his head and looked at Mapleshadow. A small smile began to unroll onto his face but then disappeared as the pain that he was experiencing pulsed through him again.

She sits down next to him. "Are you okay?" she asks quietly.

"I let her go. She's with Hiddenthunder now," said Manestar through his tears which were beginning to slow.
