I am not good at understanding the rares list 🙈

I got a advent list 2009 Emerald BW (adopted today so don’t know if it is rare or VR)

If I was to trade it for a 2011 store pet arabian how would this be fair?

If you did then would be slightly unfair to you I think they could add an 09 rare
