I believe the top 2 offers are better than the bottom 3 since the bottom 3 doesn't really sum up to the September list. The pink september has a higher tier than target dog but its demand is low. Target dog was once known for its demand. If it was me, I would personally pick the target dog and maybe tell them to add a few more rares to equalize for the BMD. c:
