“I do more than dare, I do!” Jazz grinned. He overheard the conversation with Starscream and glanced over at the air commander. “I don’t care what she’s done! She’s better company than you, Screamer!”

Starscream glared at the mech. “You wouldn’t be saying that if you knew that she was capable of. Go ahead, Nightshade. Tell them!” The seeker sneered.

Nightshade looked at them, her spark breaking. "I...I created toxins for Megatron. Many of which he used to...to offline Autobots." She admitted.

The mech’s optics widened under his visor. Jazz never could have imagined her doing that. He almost couldn’t believe it. He shook his head, aiming his blaster at Starscream and firing. “I don’t care! She saved my life, and I truly believe she’s changed!”

Starscream yelled as the blast barely missed his side. “You Autobots are insufferable! Decepticons, attack!” He started blasting missiles at his enemies. “Don’t hit the traitor! Megatron wants her alive!”

Deathclaw pounced on Jazz, his teeth clenching down on his arm as he attacked.

Nightshade dodged a few missiles, stumbling when one came a little too close for comfort.

The younger femme crawled out from her hiding spot when the 'cons started to attack the group.
She transformed and analysed the situation.
She had an idea. "Pst nightshade!" She waved the ex-con over
She pulled out a sound grenade from her hip subspace
To make sure The cons were distracted enough to leave their sights off nightshade she decided her best course of action was to use the sound grenade. It had a short blast radius which all the targeted cons were in
Perfect.
She pulled the pin and waited a few seconds
Then she threw it at Starscream before quickly ducking behind the rock again as the loud whining sound from the sound grenade went off. She was no where near the radius but still covered her audio sensors because she could still hear it.

Mirage| status: alive and well | mood: prepared for battle.
Mirage was cloaked the whole time behind a rock he had transformed near.
He had his scoped blaster ready, waiting for the perfect shot then he saw jolt drive launch a sound grenade.
He sent a comm-link to jazz. "You and nightshade gotta quickly cover your audio sensors" he told them
Before he too blocked his audio sensors as he ducked behind a rock

Jazz yelled in pain, trying to pry the Decepticon off his arm. It was official. Ratchet was absolutely going to kill him, if Deathclaw didn’t beat him to it. Even in immense pain he still covered his audio receptors.

Starscream let out a startled screech.”Decepticons, take cover!” He yelled, diving away from the genade.

Nightshade nodded in reply to Jolt Drive before quickly taking cover. Once there she placed her servos over her audio receptors.


Deathclaw didn't have any time to heed Starscream's warning. He released Jazz's arm with a yowl of pain, his auto fins too sensitive to the sound grenade.

Jazz staggered away, holding his arm. He was rapidly leaking energon. How can one bot do that much damage so quickly? He picked up two fast moving signals. He quickly recognized them and smirked. “You’re in big trouble now.”

Starscream had barely managed to cover his audio receptors in time. He shot a hateful glare at the Autobots. “Oh really, and why is that?” He spat.

Nightshade looked at Jazz, picking up on the signals as well. A smirk appeared on her faceplate. "Have fun explaining to Megatron why you've failed him."


Auto fins still ringing a little, Deathclaw heard Jazz's words. Not wanting to stick around, he quietly slinked into the shadows than ran off. This isn't over, Autobot scum. He growled angrily in thought.

she got her blaster out and shot it at starscream. though it was heavy, she had to do something
