a quick entry to the challenge since wow it has been a hot minute since one of these has been hosted!! it's also been a hot minute since i've uploaded an oekaki piece so two birds one upload
this pet here:
As well as the theme, reminds me of my old childhood days where i'd cuddle under blankets with our border collie on christmas eve in front of the fireplace. it was a very happy time, and i wanted to try and recreate that feeling ♥

G'ah! Wowzers! This is like, the best thing ever, makes me want to snuggle up beside the little guy and take a nap aha! Absolutely feature worthy!
