Kyle appreciated the help, it would've been hard trying to get him through the snow without it. "Hey, Maria right? I'm Kyle, if you and your company ever need any help I'll be around." he tossed her a ham radio from his pocket. "People gotta stick together in times like these. Stay safe out there."

Klink walked father into the building the snow beast was just and and cleared a spot for her to sit down. She slowly pulled her backpack off and unzipped it. She pulled out a thick rubber band, bandages, and a long cloth. She tied the band tight around the upper part of her wounded arm. Then Put the cloth in her mouth. 'This is gonna hurt,' she thought, and pulled out the ice shrapnel. She let out a muffled yelp, and quickly lifted her sleeve to cover wrap the wound. Luckily it missed her bone so her arm didn't break, but she wouldn't be able to use her arm for a while.

Noah nodded at Kyle, mentally filing away his name in case he needed it later. "And I'm Noah," he said, ignoring the other guy's outburst and glancing around for the twins, who apparently had never followed him to help. "And the others are Gillian and Jasmin." He was just about to go looking for them, when he heard what seemed to be a muffled scream, coming from the wreckage of the building. He excused himself, then went to investigate, surprised to see the same girl who'd taken out the snowbeast sitting in an open spot, appearing to be dressing a wound. "Hey, are you okay?" he asked, stepping into what was left of the store.

Marie looked over to Kyle, "Marie, actually, but close enough. Nice to meet you, Kyle." She offered her bloodstained hand, but then retracted it, "Actually, I don't think you should shake my hand." She laughed a little bit but then turned to Damien as he rose. He shouted at her for the bag. "First of all," Marie turned slowly to face him, "I am not just a little girl. I just saved your life. Secondly, I have no clue where your bag is. It could be in that shop, but I highly recommend that you stay somewhere safe and shouldn't move around a bunch. I'm actually surprised you're standing right now. That glass is stuck in your leg pretty deep."

"Why don't you stay until I can get that glass out of your leg? It'd be a lot easier to travel that way," Marie suggested and walked into the building. She saw what she thought was his bag and picked it up. It was heavy, as she expected, "I don't think you'd want to walk on that leg with this big of a pack."

Marie laughed a little bit. It was rare she thought that people would actually think that someone who simply tried to help someone else would actually think they wanted something in return. "I don't need anything. I just want to make sure that you're okay," Marie smiled, "And no, I'm not going to steal your stuff. We've got our own stuff." Marie pulled the book bag on completely, "Don't worry about anything."

"Pierre and I will lead you to our bunker," Marie motioned to Pierre, "and I can keep you an eye on your stuff. I know a couple good hiding places." Marie walked over to the man and put his arm over one of her shoulders, "By the way, what's your name?" Pierre picked up Marie's coat, which she had left on the ground.

"My name is Marie," she smiled in an attempt to reassure Damien, "and Nevada isn't my sister. Pierre isn't either. Nevada won't kill you. She never would do something like that." Pierre began leading them slowly to the bunker, hoping Nevada had cooled off, at least a little bit.

Pierre opened the door to the bunker and Marie carefully led Damien in. She sat him on a chair and stood up. "There. You comfy?" Marie asked while Pierre closed the doors. "Pierre, could you stay with Damien? I'll let Nevada know that he's here and get a pair of tweezers," Marie asked. Pierre nodded and took a seat next to Damien, silently. "Nevada, I'm going to go get the tweezers," Marie stated.

Nevada looked up from her book, "Why?"

"I have to get the glass out of this guy leg," Marie stated, "What do you think you're going to do?"

"Read. You really thought you'd bring these guys back to our base?" Nevada raised an eyebrow.

Marie opened the door to the bathroom then looked back at Nevada, "There's no way he could possibly hurt us. His leg is pretty hurt." Nevada sighed in frustration and continued reading. Marie began digging through the bathroom drawers.

Marie returned to see that Damien was digging into his bag. She smiled at Pierre, "Thanks."

"I'm gonna take another nap with Conor," Pierre stood up and went into the back room.

"Alright," Marie walked over and checked the tourniquet on Damien's leg to make sure it wasn't to tight. "How are you feeling?" she asked, "Do you need anything?"
