Rarity list:

Pikachus may have things from several catagories. Rarity is averaged based on how many things from each category are present. Rarity will be determined by rolling a 2 10 sided die. Each rarity has a set of numbers, shown next to the rarity, that will result in that type of pikachu.

COMMON (1-50)
Tail edits for gender only
Shades ranging from orange to lime-green
Shades of brown
Eye edits
Normal markings

UNCOMMON(51-75)
Tail edits outside of gender
Shades ranging from red to green
Stripes or spots
Pink to yellow cheeks
Different ear markings

RARE(76-92)
Ear and cheek edits
Swirls
Shades of blue, purple, pink, or white
Random cheek colors
Mixed markings (not including swirls)
Hair

SUPER RARE(93-100)
Random markings (like stars, hearts, music notes, etc.)
Edited cheeks
No cheeks
Ears or tail over half black
