Azuna looked away from him, feeling guilty and not wanting to bother him anymore.

Piper finished abd withdrew from her. "Please let me know if you need anything. Ok?"

Magnus smiled faintly at him. He looked over at liah, the smile remaining. "What are you in the mood to do?"

Caia nodded slightly. She looked down at her hands, trying to block everything out.

Liah smiled, leaning over and kissing his cheek. "Whatever you want." Magi tugged on his beard, frowning at it.

Piper walked off, leaving her alone.

Astra glanced across the table at Caia tentatively. "Why did you save me?" She asked in a quiet but rough voice from the smoke.

Magnus chuckled at magi. "Are you ok little one?"

Caia looked up, turning her gaze to her. "Why not? Why would I leave you there?"

Magi frowned. "Why do you have hair here, too? It's supposed to grow on the top of your head." Liah chuckled, adjusting her grip on her.

Astra looked back down at her bandaged legs, unable to hold her gaze. "You have nothing to gain by saving me and my death loses you nothing. In fact it may have caused som of iris' people to turn on her."

Magnus chuckled, feeling happy. "Its my beard. Men can grow tgem when they grow up."

"You seem like a good person, Astra," she told her. "I know my daughters would be upset if you died. That is enough for me. Besides, I wasn't going to watch someone burn. I'm not Iris."

Magi frowned, confused. "But Mikah doesn't have one." "Mikah finds it uncomfortable," Liah told her, kissing the tip of her nose. "So he cuts it off." That seemed to make her even more puzzled.

Astra glanced over at her, getting her piercing, soul reading look. "You arent who i thought you were."

Magnus smiled. "You are going to have to convince the others to grow theirs out so she understands." He teased liah.

"And you aren't half as annoying as I thought," she said calmly, holding her gaze.

Liah smirked. "Mikah won't do that no matter what. I wonder what they'd look like with one, though." She smirked, thinking about it. "Never cut yours," she warned him. "I like it on you." She kissed his cheek, smiling.

Astra smirked but looked away to where caia's daughters were. "What was Hestia's father like?"

Magnus looked at her lovingly but continued to tease her. "Should i do what dash did tgen and shave my head instead?"

"He was kind and loving. He was brave and always knew what to do in a situation." Caia barely knew what to do, especially under pressure.

Liah gagged. "No! Definitely don't do that." She shuddered at the thought.
