✶ ― ❝ Looking for a one-on-one roleplay friend! ❞

Hey! I'm not really sure how to make this post, like at all, considering this is my first one on this site-- but I figured, why not give it a shot? I'll try my best to make this pretty explanatory!

✶ ― 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐞

I'm a female, but I prefer to roleplay as male characters. Because of that, 99.9% of my characters are male. I'd like to change this-- as, let's be honest, it gets kinda repetitive. And the sad truth is, most of my current friends just don't enjoy me as much unless I'm a male in our roleplay. So, if you're going to contact me just because I prefer to be a boy, please don't! I'm sorry if that sounds rude, I really don't mean for it to be! I'd just really like a new friend who will like me and my roleplays, no matter what gender I choose to be. I'm super friendly, I think, and always try and involve people in whatever roleplay I do. I love writing, so you don't have to worry about one-sentence replies. I try to be as detailed as possible, but in all honesty, I may depend on you to make the major decisions in our roleplay. This is just because I'm a bit backwards, and would rather you be satisfied with our roleplay than risk you not being.

✶ ― 𝐌𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

That sounds really scary, sorry! By my "conditions", I mean my preferences over what I will and will not do. I'd really rather roleplay with my OC's than canon characters. The only fandoms I would consider roleplaying, if you really wanted me to, are Sherlock and Marvel. And even then, I'm not so certain the character I roleplayed would be not entirely OOC. So that's why I prefer my own characters! As for my favored type of roleplays, I don't have much of a preference. I really like mystery, though, as I'm a sucker for anything crime-related. Romance is okay, but I'd rather it not be the motivation(?), or, rather, main-theme of the plot. I don't mind doing MxM romance, in fact I probably prefer it over MxF, but I'd really rather not do FxF, since I'm a female myself-- and I'm straight. It just makes me a teeny bit uncomfy is all! Also, all of the chicken smoothie roleplay rules would apply. No 18+ content, please!

✶ ― 𝐏𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬

I have a few ideas for a roleplay we could do if you did decide to contact me!

✶-- Mystery - Action - Adventure - 1800's or present (your preference) - Finley J. Merriweather is my detective OC. He lives in London. Just like Sherlock Holmes, he uses the art of deduction to solve his cases. He's very intelligent; however, what he has in smarts, he lacks in basic human function. He has little to no understanding of emotion, (However this does not mean he is incapable of such), and thus can say rude or offensive things without even realizing it. Although, in complete honesty, most of the time, he means such. He has descended from a long line of detectives, all of which very intelligent and deductive. He lives in a large manor, (inherited from the said detectives), with his butler, Eustace. Eustace is a mysterious sort, with a tendency to be quite flirty. He's charming, I'll give him that, and maybe even handsome, but that's as much credit as I'd like to bestow upon him. He is a gentleman to anyone, save for Finley. He's grown quite accustomed-- (although never used to) the blonde's antics, and his annoyance is often expressed. As for the plot of the roleplay, perhaps Finley could meet your character in a moment of pure chance, and their meeting blossoms more into a friendship. If this is the case, Finley would most likely begin to require your characters' help on his cases. And the case at hand would be one we could decide on. Although, I have an idea it may involve something to do with a "Vampire Killer", (with a logical and realistic explanation of course), wherein the innards/blood are entirely gone from the bodies found on the streets. (Does that violate the no gore rules??) He would grow dependent on your character, and they would become not only his best friend; but his rock, someone who corrects his mistakes and keeps him grounded. And, if you wanted; of course, you could make a love interest for Eustace! Or hey, maybe Finley and Eustace could be the love interest of your character!


✶-- Mystery - Action - Adventure - present (2018) - Some more detective OC's of mine, Jag RoseWood and Hopper Smith. Jag is a stern, stone-faced and cold-hearted detective with little to no tolerance for much of any fun, while Hopper is a younger blonde-haired detective with a bright and cheerful personality. Jag has been a detective for years, but due to his intelligence and work ethic, young Hopper graduated early. Thus, the two became partners. They work together now, and while they may not always get along, they're still good friends. Your character could join them on a case, (Maybe they're from another police station!) and they slowly learn to adore yours to. This could be either platonic or romantic. // Your character is a criminal Jag and Hopper have been assigned to capture. Upon first meeting, there is an undeniable attraction. Whether it be platonic or romantic Jag/Hopper/Both grow to like your character, and as it turns out; they're going to need their help to find a bigger criminal. Classic cop/criminal situation!


✶-- Humor - Romance - Slice of Life - Present (2018) - Have you ever had a vampire roommate? I assume not. Or, rather, I hope not! Unfortunately, that's the exact situation I'm afraid your character will find themselves in. When your character posts an ad for a roommate on some sort of social media platform, (Maybe Craigslist), I'm sure they'll be decently surprised to find they get an answer right away. This is from my own character, Castiel. He is indeed a vampire, and just so happens to also be looking for a roommate. This roleplay will most likely be comedic, you know; due to the fact your character has to put up with a literal vampire for a roommate, and it could also include romance! Castiel will most likely be flirty either way, but oblivious to some human traits.


✶-- Fantasy - Romance - Present or recent past - My first girl one, lol! My character would be a Winter Spirit named Icelyn. I have a drawing of her if you're interested! She's shy, and I think she would meet your character in a surprise sort of meeting. She would need to learn the basics of being-- (or pretending to be, rather) a human. This could make for a cute romance, I think!

Requirements
- You must be able to write at least a paragraph of around 5-6 sentences per response - more is always appreciated. I will always try to mirror the amount you have written, up to 2-3 good paragraphs.
- You MUST be willing to roleplay with and use LGBT+ characters. I am not interested in any mxf roleplays. (only two exceptions are the Parks&Rec, and Arnaba), as they bore me quickly, unless you have an interesting, non-cliché idea for it.
- Post at least once a day/every two days - I get that people get busy!
- Use realistic/semi-realistic face-claims.
- Please also have good grammar/spelling, etc.

Other Notes
- I don't do canonxoc roleplays, so please don't ask.

— years after a nuclear war destroyed the planet, leaving most of the earth as a barren desert-like wasteland, new generations are rising up. the originals, the ones who witnessed the end of the world and managed to survive, have passed on and only few remain. but, they’ve told stories from the beginning of a paradise, an oasis, way out there among the wasteland. eden is a thing of legend and no one even knows if it’s real. but, in a small town, most of it protected from the sands that surround it, a young dog (muse a) sets out to find eden. they leave their safe home behind and trek into the desert. at the beginning of their journey another dog, born in the wasteland (muse b), joins them. muse a is reluctant, but allows muse b to travel with them. the two face many perils along their journey as they search for eden.

my name is danielle. i am usually a strictly mxm roleplayer, though i might be open to mxf. The plot would probably have to be bomb, and the right pairing. If you wanted an mxf pairing there is no way no how you'd get me to play the male role. sorry. I tend to write one to three paragraphs. It really depends on how much you have given me to work with, and I will frequently mirror unless I truly have no idea. Quality, not quantity with me. I love to discuss plots with you because I'm truly a fan-girl at heart, as cringey as that is to say. That being said, please do not ghost the roleplay without telling me. I tend to be a very understanding person, and if you aren't feeling the roleplay anymore, there's actually a chance that I'm not feeling it either, so we can either revamp the plot, make a new roleplay, or quit.
