floating around chickensmoothie you will see users with a pink name, and these are the General Helpers! they are here to assist with any questions you have, about anything really! the general helpers were nice enough to create a thread called Adopt a Newbie, where new users can get assigned an older, more experienced user to help them out and guide them through any issues they may have. if you have a specific question, feel free to submit a help ticket!

lastly, a great place to get some pets to get you started is the pound, and the Free Adoptions thread!
