A responsible and intelligent leader on the outside, a lost and
troubled dog inside. He never got over the loss of his mate,
from a cheerful and humorous dog he became mature and
serious. His strength is definitely courage which he had to
teach himself. This male is ready to sacrifice himself for his
pack. He's loving and protective, stern towards unknown
dogs and warm to his loved ones. He's distrustful, thus he
isn't willing to let strangers join the pack. It can be hard to
impress him or gain his respect. Nikan is stubborn, so it's
hard to prove him that he's wrong. He's honest and
trustworthy, would never leave someone who needs his help,
his past taught him what happens to fearful ones.

↪ backstory;
Nikan was bought by a loving family when he was only
2 months old. The kids were enjoying playing with and
taking care of the pet. But as time passed, the dog
grew bigger and he needed more attention, which
he was never given. Determined to draw his owners'
attention, the dog caused a lot of damage around
the house. But his humans didn't like it at all, and
locked their pet in the backyard. Lonely and bored,
the young dog found entertainment in digging holes
all over the garden, barking at strangers and rolling
in dirt. One day, he dug a hole underneath the fence
and managed to escape. Lost and scared, the young
male had no idea of the way life was on the streets.
Fortunately, a one year older female, who was born
a stray, decided to help Nikan. She taught him
everything, how to get food, where to sleep and,
most importantly, to avoid humans. After a few
months, they were living a good life together as
mates. Nikan had everything he dreamt of - a
peaceful life as a free dog, not limited by humans, a
loving mate and pups on the way. Though day by day
the town turned into a dangerous place. Humans had
enough of strays living there and stopped tolerating
them. Not long later, Nikan found himself standing
still, paralyzed by fear, watching his mate being
caught and taken away by a dog catcher. He blames
himself for losing her and will never forgive himself
for not trying to protect her. A few weeks later, he
met Brutus, a dog with whom he made the decision
to create a pack. This gave him a new meaning
of life and something he could focus on.

brutus is very much a gentle giant. he has always been one of the largest dogs around,
towering over just about everyone else at any given point, but he is not mean or aggressive. he
is truly a sweetheart, and once he cares for someone, he is loyal to them to his dying breath. he
is strong, and while he prefers to resolve issues peacefully, he will defend his pack if he needs to,
and is not afraid to get his paws dirty by fighting or helping others.

brutus had a good life. when he was born, he was sold to his family for a very expensive price,
due to his rare coat color combination, meaning that his humans were quite wealthy. they
wanted for nothing, for themselves or for him, and brutus was very content and happy in his
early adulthood. his people had two children, twin girls lily and rose, and they were his everything.
he very much was their protector, their defender, and their playmate. the family would go camping
every weekend, take him and the girls to the park to play and have picnics multiple times a week.
all in all, life was good. but then the husband got a job offer across the country, and when they
looked into housing in the new city, they couldnt find a place willing to let them take their large
canine. so he was dumped on the street, but he soon met & befriended the leader, & they created
the pack with which they now all live.

ada is a lady, through and through. she tends to be very cool, calm, and collected at all times,
able to keep her head, as the saying goes, even in times of intense stress. she was taught to hold
herself high, and tends to give off a very regal sort of vibe. she is not cocky or arrogant by any means,
she just walks with confidence. ada enjoys conversing with others and developing new relationships,
although while she is a friendly enough dog, she is not going to go out of her way to seek someone
out, especially not if she sees them treating others poorly. she dislikes bullies or anyone who acts
like they are better than others in general, and has no problem standing up for those who need it.

ada was a show dog, conformation shows that is. she was a champion in her own right, having won
quite the handful of titles in her four years of life, but she was never arrogant about it, always very
humble and giving thanks when she won a prize. she lived with her owner and handler, an older woman
named joyce, who she loved dearly. unfortunately, joyce was older and forgetful. one night, she left the
stovetop on; the house caught fire, and she ended up dying in her bed during the night. ada had awoken
to the flames, and raced to her owners side only to find it was too late. it took everything in her to leave
joyce behind, but she knew the human would have wanted her to survive.

perѕonalιтy ➣ Echo is a very happy pup, but is also very protective. Echo is very loyal to those she cares about. She would make a great herbalist when she's older as well due to her breeding and attention to detail.

нιѕтory ➣ Echo was born into the city's Police Department. Echo's parents were bred due to each being top in their respective fields at the department. Her mother was the head dog in the search/rescue and drug sniffing operation, while her father was top in the evidence department. Echo was bred to be an excellent cross between the three different types and departments. Her training was going well until Echo hit eight months old and the police department's K9 unit was taken apart. Her parents were adopted out along with Echo and the other police dogs. Most of the dogs ended up in good homes, but the home that took Echo in, realized that a growing german shepherd dog had a lot of energy. The young 10 month old pup ended up on the streets and headed into the forest, following her nose to the pack of dogs just outside the city.

Delta quickly worked his way into high level stray dog life due to his ability to think on his paws, making quick decisions. When Delta was four, he found the pack out in the woods and decided to join, working his way into the pack as a hunter.
