Only in a positive way actually. When I'm sad or lonely, I listen to my favorite music, and it raises my mood. However, if I'm happy, a sad song won't spoil my day.

I don't really think there is an app I want. I honestly don't use my phone very much except for texting/calling.

i've never been in too much physical pain but i have felt some emotional pain. probably the most hurt i've been emotionally was back in sixth grade when my only friend suddenly stopped acknowledging my existence. out of the blue that day she just decided i wan't a person anymore and treated me like i didn't exist. it really hurt. i had no other friends so i was all alone. i grew lonely. felt invisible and insignificant. my anxiety worsened and i spiraled. now i hate her guts and hope she someday feels just like i did. nothing. insignificant. lonely beyond all belief. invisible.
