Okay, I feel like things are a little bit out of order right now. I've been saying, "we need all of chicken smoothie's help on this!" But if we get too many people, it'll be chaos. Everyone will be arguing about who's above who and what we need to do. Right now, everything's fine. Everyone is getting along SO well! I love it, it's everything I'd hoped for. And I don't want that to change, so we're going to get lots of guest writers, guest designers, guest artists, guest bla bla bla. I and the first few people will choose who stays. After that, we'll develop rankings. Who's in charge of who, that stuff. But I'm not gonna kick everyone out! We can keep on getting guest artists and guest people, but they'll have bosses. Those bosses will have units and things, and if they want to promote someone (like in a job! How fun, I feel so professional) then they can ask the person above them. Here:
