because shes dead. (i just wanted to draw and it started to look like that damn painting so i just decided to make it her ugly twin)

Love this and the reference!
It's just their art style!
kind of like how the characters from Bob's Burgers have the U-shaped, droopy noses or how the characters from Adventure Time have noodle-like arms and legs.
