Yes - any 2009 Rare/Very Rare released between January and April is worth 45-50 C$.
Demand is up to you and your trading partner - rarity wise they’re all worth the same amount of C$.

he is not a list pet, there will never be a plain rare on the rares list. It is a 10 R with decent demand, worth about 30-35C$
