@kiburtrach,
ok so I did some research because I couldn't remember anything to do with the sort of dragon that you described there in rick riordan's books and then I extended that search to norse mythology in general and I still couldn't find much on dragons.
there was alderman, the ugly dragon that's obsessed with treasure and used to be hearthstone's father who was an elf but got turned into a dragon via andavari's ring.
fafnir was the dwarf who got turned into that dragon before alderman.
then there's nidhogg who dwells underneath the roots of yggdrasil, the world tree, and eats its roots.
and finally there are the lindworms which are very similar to the dragons in game of thrones except most are brown and have really bad breath.
other questions and comments I have:
um, there's no such thing as draconic herbs? if you'd like her to have skills with stuff like that, could you please describe what it is and how it relates to norse mythology.
you need a history that includes both how she came to be (how odin met her mother) and how and when she died.
what do you mean by magic bow and arrow? how is it magic?
you need an image reference on your form.
there are many different types and forms of magic in norse mythology. which one does she use?

There are plenty of dragons in Norse mythology! Apparently I just can't find many except Nidhogg, Fafnir, and Jormungand. She I guess would use rune magic, and lets have her descended from Nidhogg on her mother's side? Nidhogg maybe being her Grandpa? I dunno. And with the herbs, not sure, I can just cancel it. The magic bow and arrow, maybe it can fly really far, or she can be really precise where it's gonna hit?
Also, I can't find a good picture of a half-dragon for image reference.

@Kiburtrach,
yeah but night dragons (*cough* nightwings *cough*) don't exist in norse mythology and all the dragons that do exist aren't exactly dragon-y, they're more like serpents or are just straight up hideous (eg. fafnir). I don't necessarily mind what you do so long as it fits in with norse mythology and makes sense. you'll have to come up with some way to relate her to nidhogg, seeing as he is trapped underneath yggdrasil's roots.
for your picture, you could provide either a human or a dragon or both that looks similar to her and write down what parts of her are dragon and what parts of her are human. that way we can get a clear picture of what she looks like.
and don't forget, you need a history that includes her time, place and cause of heroic death.
