Welcome to the town of Gravestone

In the town of Gravestone magical beings and normal humans live alongside each other without any notice on the humans part. The local university attracts magical being from all across the world with its unique classes tailored for their magical students while also allowing them to learn alongside their mortal peers. One of the many charms of the small town is the deep history that runs through it detailing witch hunts and other such mysteries that enchant the mortals but warn the creatures who live there against revealing their powers for fear of begin discovered.

Richard (Ricky) Goldblood

Age: 21
Gender: Male
Species: Demon
Appearance: In human form he has black hair and slightly tan skin. His facial features are soft giving him an androgynous, handsome sort of look. He has large grey eyes and is tall and lanky. He has a large scar that runs straight down his forehead, over his eye, and down onto his cheek. In demon form the scar remains on him but beyond that he becomes unrecognizable. He has large black horns and his skin turns grey. He has long black nails that lead into black fingers that fade into his grey skin. He has a spiked tail that has the same black fade as his fingers. His eyes turn all black and he has fangs.
Background: Originally from the 1920's he was murdered brutally on on of the back roads of the town. Having made a deal for fame with a devil during his life eh was turned into the new crossroads demon and has lived in the town ever since with both the monsters and humans unaware of his presence most of the time.

Species: Witch
Appearance: She has long, thick, curly, brown hair and a heart shaped face covered in freckles. Her eyes are a startling green color. She is average height and shapely in figure. Often dresses somewhat obscurely.
Background: She comes from an adopted family in which her parents are mortal but have been brought into the monster community to raise Circe better. She has yet to get a familiar and is extremely self conscious of it. She is just beginning her training at the Gavestone University in town.

Species: Mermaid
Appearance: Wavy blonde hair that seems to have color changing highlights. Her hazel eyes gleam beneath luxurious eyelashes that stand out on a practically perfect face. In mermaid form she has glittering purple scales and tail.
Background: She lives in the richer part of town with her family which includes several siblings. SHe tends to view herself better than others due to ehr species but tends to not be the brightest since she has always gotten by on her looks and powers.

Species: Forest Elf
Appearance: Shaggy blonde hair that hides his pointed ears when among mortals. He has dark green eyes and strong features. He is tall and muscular and tries to be as charming as possible.
Background: He lives on a ranch out by the forest with his family. He tends to avoid other monsters and prefers to be around the humans resulting in him never putting much work into developing his own powers.

Background: Has lived in the mystical realm for all of her existence aiding in controlling winter. After catching glimpses of the heroes from the other realm and seeing the Goddess of illusion and magic enter the magic realm and then return to Earth she followed over to see what everything was about and has since then been aggressively struggling to figure out how to fit in around humans.

Appearance:

Background: Jace seems like the perfect boyfriend on the outside. Charming, sweet, loyal. Deeper down though, he's got more than bad traits. He's been in more than one crime scene and has been to jail a few times. He's a murder and rumor has it that he's in town looking for blood. He's enrolled in the Gravestone collage, but some people think he's only there to look like he's turned over a new leaf.

Appearance:

Background: Kailor grew up in Gravestone with her family, who's ancestors lived there at the very beginning. Kai practices ancestral magic, as does her family, and is tied in close with her witch ancestors. Mess with her and you deal with the rest of the Ravenwood family.

Age: 20

Species: Werewolf
Appearance:

Background: Kalelr moved a fair bit, but managed to stay in Gravestone. He's got a tendency to kill anyone who disagrees with him, and flirts with one too many girls.

Age: 19
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Appearance:

Background: Saige's family moved around. A lot. They'd stay in houses for only a few years then moved. Then they moved from hotels to motels. Each boyfriend her mother had was an absolute waste, and she ended up leaving the town, dragging her daughter along instead of being a normal person and just dumping them. Not that guys like that would take a breakup easily. Saige finally got to collage on a scholarship, leaving her mother behind. She was smart, but pretended she wasn't, and tended to hang out alone or with the wrong crowd. New at Gravestone, she didn't know anyone or made any friends yet. Just the way she liked it. Since she hadn't stayed in one school since fourth grade, she missed a lot but managed to keep up her grades.

Species: Ifrit (Half-demon, half-human, no magic, charcoal-coloured horns)
Appearance:

Personality: Fade is usually risk-taking and can be sometimes ambitious. He rarely lets curiosity take the reins and he is very self-controlling. He is often altruistic, logical, and honest. He is never affectionate and doesn't flirt, and is rarely sympathetic. He doesn't bother with optimism, preferring to see the situations as how they are.

Circe was struggling to stay awake. She couldnt help it, mortal history was so dull she was shocked anyone could focus. Dhe looked around at the others in the room, examining tge faces of the humans as her eyes passed over them. Her nose wrinkled as she saw Alex holding his girlfriend's hand at the back of the class. She had nothing wrong with humans but still couldnt figure out how he dated one like it was no big deal. Like always, June was stareing out the window and missing the entire lecture. Circe rolled her eyes and forced herself to resume taking notes as the professor rattled on about something she deemed inconsequential.

Kalelr leaned back against his chair, an amused smirk on his face as he listened to the professor talk about human history. How much humans tended to murder each other amused him. Fragile little things waging war on each other.

Saige tapped her pen against the table, watching the professor speak with a blank expression. She couldn't care less about what the past. It wouldn't help her now.

Jaceyeon followed along the lesson, but it was really boring him. He could never understand why they had to learn this.

Kailor was falling asleep. She had been keep up with dreams and warnings from the ancestors, and hadn't gotten any rest. She dozed in her seat, the boring lecture only making her fall asleep quicker.

The professor released an annoyed sigh as he saw the state of the class. "Ok. We will end here for today. I want to talk about your creative project really quickly. You all need to go to a historical location here in town and write a short story based on what you learn. I want everyone to be safe so you all will sign up and go as a group." He sat the sign up sheet down and there was immediately a rush for the page.

Circe tried to get to the page but by the time she and the others were up next all that was left was the abandoned hospital. "Well thats just great." She signed her name before looking at the others. "Want to meet up tonight and just get this over with?"

June pushed Circe out if her way as she went to sign her name. She rolled her eyes at tge question but swept her hair over her shoulder as she answered. "I can be avalible."

Kalelr smirked at the annoyed look of the professor. He got to the sign up sheet first and signed his name for the old war bunk that was under ground.

Kailor jolted awake was people pushed past her, and went over to the sign up sheet, confused. She signed her name quickly under the ancestral graveyard, thankfully she knew everything about it.

Jaceyeon signed his name quickly in any slot, just to get it over with. He didn't want to go to the old casino, but there wasn't much choice left at that point.

Saige went for the abandoned hospital; how bad could that be? She had written down what she needed to do for the assignment, but it sounded boring.

Circe bit her lip as she watched everyone ignore her. "Ok well... I guess if you are going to the hospital i will see you tonight." She grabbed her stuff and walked off quickly, feeling embarrassed.

Alex glanced after Circe but only rolled his eyes as he and his girlfriend jotted theur names down in the last two spots. He cast a glance at Saige but didnt bother saying anything as he walked off.

Saige left for her next course. She wasn't looking forward to the assignment.

Kailor left the room, all too happy to get out of there. She glanced out of the corner of her eye at a guy who was following her, but he was at least in her next course.

Kalelr followed a girl to their next course, smirking as he saw her glance at him.

Stifling a sigh, Jaceyeon left the room. He wasn't looking forward to this assignment, but he didn't enjoy any of the things they needed to do.

Circe sat in her car blasting the heat as she shivered. She was slightly annoyed she wouldnt get to use magic tonight to make everything easier but there were two humans in her group and she couldnt risk it. She rolled her eyes as she saw Alex pull in with his girlfriend, rolling her eyes at their public displays of affection towards eachother. She got out of her car and zipped her coat up before burying her hands deep in the pockets.

Saige stood outside of the abandoned hospital, her arms folded. She had a flashlight in her hand and her bag on her shoulders. She glanced back at the other people of her group.

Kalelr and his group followed the guide through the bunker. He stifled a sigh. It was as if the professor himself was there. He would have preferred to explore it himself, but he was with a group.

Jaceyeon entered the casino with his group. He shined his flashlight on the floor, making sure he didn't step on broke glass. The casino had been abandoned a long time ago, but it had been the only casino tried in the town. It hadn't made any business so they left it.
