"Hello, and happy Halloween!" Victor chimes as he bursts through the crowd of costume-garbed researchers and runs up to greet you. Out of breath, he sheepishly chuckles. "Halloween's usually the biggest holiday of the year, here... unfortunately, we've been really busy lately with the opening of the lab and there just wasn't any time to do anything elaborate this year. BUT!" He slams his paw on the floor dramatically. "That doesn't mean that we can't still have some fun!"

He starts to trot behind the laboratory building, and you follow. There, you see some fulsari that you have never seen before. "We have some visitors that you might want to meet," he winks at you before he disappears, sneaking back to the front of the property.

Looks like you're on your own. While you're here, you might as well introduce yourself to the new faces.

Aside from the group of overly bright "eyesore" fulsari, you see two figures in the corner that seem to be arguing with each other. Or, at least... you think? It's kind of hard to tell because they're both semitransparent. They don't notice you when you approach, so you take a moment and listen to what they are arguing about.

You learn that both of them are ghosts--more specifically, spirits that have affinities for different elements. The two in front of you are fire and water spirits. They apparently have many other siblings that were supposed to show up to the halloween festivities, but they all got separated and now they can't find them.

You decide to help them find their siblings, and possibly make friends with them along the way.

➳ Ends with the rest of the event, November 3. Results will be announced on this thread.

➳ Create something that might attract an elemental spirit!

★ Either choose an element and create a spirit or use one of the two fulsari above!
★ Create something to attract said fulsari to the halloween festivities! You can draw something, write a story, make some code-- pretty much anything you can think of! Just make it with the character in mind!
★ If you're lucky, you might succeed and be able to adopt the fulsari you attracted!

➳ 1st Place: You get to adopt the fulsari from your entry!

➳ Amount of 1st Place winners will depend on how many people enter the contest. Current planned number of winners: 1
➳ If no 1st place winners adopt the two fulsari at the top of the post, they will be given to 2nd and 3rd place winners. 2nd place gets to choose between them if both are unclaimed, and 3rd gets whichever fulsari 2nd did not pick.
