It's likely that the banner dogs are all going to be uncommon like previous banner pets.
Even if they were to all turn rare, they wouldn't even add up to a '16 rare.
The green dog is a rerelease from 2008, so it was unfair to the top.

Rarity wise It is unfair to the UR Aussie as it's three tiers above the UR Peach. Demand wise is up to you. I'd personally accept.
