Bubblefur - Thunderclan [tags; firestrike, open, pelt - clean now, stress - 99%]

Bubblefur opened his eyes due to a ray of sunlight beaming in and reflecting off his brown silk pelt. He gave a silent yawn and got up, having no time to groom down his pelt or stretch his legs. Being crowned deputy had put a lot of weight on the petite tom but he lived up to it the best he could. He stepped carefully over all clanmates and made his way to the middle of the clearing, sending a glance to the leader's den to check if Harrierhe- star was awake. Sadly, he wasn't yet. However, someone else was. He padded over to Firestrike, a warrior from his clan, yes, but barely seen by most warriors due to his hilarious but meaningful self-assignment of the queen's role. "Good morning, Firestrike! I'm glad to see you're out of the nursery now." He teased, giving a soft smile. "Would you like to accompany me on dawn patrol?" He was polite and it was more as if he were asking a question rather than a command. Being deputy would have to catch up on him in a few moments, for now, he was calm just asking things from his warriors rather than telling them.

Firestrike had been mostly waiting for others to wake up and also partially considering heading back to the nursery when he heard Bubblefur call his name. Ducking his head in respect, he looked over at their new deputy and mewed a response, "Good morning to you as well, Bubblefur. I'll be back in there later, just wanted to see if Minnowpaw was awake for some training first," The tom stretched for a moment, before standing up straight and nodding. "Dawn patrol sounds good! It has been awhile since I've been out of camp..." Despite it being later in Leaf-Fall the sun still felt nice, and if it weren't for the ever lasting threat of Riverclan's anarchy it would actually be a pretty peaceful day.

Terrorspirit thought that less sleep meant less nightmares, but she was very wrong.
Any time she closed her eyes, it was like horrifying dreams of finding her clanmates like Willowstar flashed right through her mind.
This time, it was worse. Terrible sights of her children, Minnopaw, Spiderpaw, and Wrenpaw, with mangled features and dreadful injuries.

She sprung right up, giving up on sleeping completely. She actually hadn't noticed the sun was up already, the time must've gone by faster than I realized, she thought silently, ears pinned back.

She wouldn't be alright until she saw her kits, safe and alive. She got to her paws, left the warriors' den, and began softly padding towards the apprentices' den.

When she arrived, she peeked her head into the den to check on her kits. She'd check on Wrenpaw in a moment, too.

He gave a big grin. "Alright then! Round up two or three more cats for me and we'll head off." He purred, giving a lick to his chest fur before padding off to go wake up his leader. He gave a soft smile to the male and gently prodded him with a paw. "Harrierstar, wake up time. You have a lot of leading to do today, sun..." He trailed off on his words, staring at him for a few minutes before snapping back to reality, padding out of the den gracefully to wait for Firestrike to return with a few cats.

Seeing Bubblefur gather together cats, Waspfeather made her way forward "Could I join the patrol? It'd be good to get out of the camp." Waspfeather fluffed out her short fur slightly. Besides, if these killing were still going on, though the clan seemed to be confident Forestpelt had done it, she didn't want to be stuck in the camp waiting for news.

Waspfeather's voice drew his attention as he gave a grateful smile. "Of course you can! The more the merrier, right?" he chuckled. The young, small tom still managed to keep a happy tone despite all the murders that had happened. Hopefully, Forestpelt's exile was the end of it all. He was glad but also a bit sad that the suspicious female was gone. Now just to wait for the rest of the patrol team.

at the sound of her name, jaybird quickly flicked her tail and turned around to greet whoever had called her. "whitefeather, hello!" she purred at the sight of the queen, welcoming the she-cat into the den. whitefeather's questioning tone confused her, and she furthered into question, "is there anything you need help with?" the medicine cat asked; she had sat down by now, her tail wrapped around her paws. she felt comfortable around another windclan cat, especially with what had been happening.

"Since Oceankit is gone, I'd like to become a warrior again," Whitefeather meowed. "I feel weird being the only WindClan cat in the nursery," she explained. "Wanted to talk to you and Lizardfang about it, but I didn't see her out with Bubblefur, " she meowed, clearly have thought about it for awhile.

jaybird nodded, sympathising with the queen, "of course, i can understand that." she shuffled her paws. "i think we can arrange for you to become a warrior again. when lizardfang returns, you could run it by her as well. i would suggest asking honeystar or harrierstar, but i can understand they have problems of their own right now." jaybird sighed, "i know i'm for one with the idea of letting you become a warrior again." she purred.
