Does hoarding skew rarity?

It doesn't, they still count as active pets on an active account

Oh, well if it doesn’t skew rarity then people can hoard away IMO.
For a minute I was scared that CS worked on a per capita system.

I don’t see why people don’t like other people hoarding banner dogs. You’ll get one eventually through the banner

Is literally no big deal. I don’t know why people are making a fuss.

I think some people will still miss one. And, at least for me, it isn't so much about who gets what. I dislike the hoarding due to the situation and how unkind it seems.

They don’t have to trade their banner pets if they don’t want to

Mhm! I'm sure it will be much easier to obtain them after the event is over. Again, I have nothing against hoards or people who hoard. Just looking at the situation as a whole.

Oof, I'm gonna drop off the hoarding topic before I lose my mind.

Before that tho, I don't normally have an issue with hoarding. I really don't. People are free to do what they want.

Events just stress me out, it seems, especially in the first couple days. I just really want that red dice dog man :')

Trust me I understand the stress and the want of the red dice dog. Patience is key though, People went from trading massive overpay/09 rares/storepets etc on the first few days to fair swaps today. Demand dropped

The new pets are beautiful. Also, in terms of a phoenix or something of the sort, they could use the macaw lineart from the jungle event.

ah man, that would be rad! we haven't seen a whole lot of them, so using the macaws in halloween would be a great way to bring them in as official lineart :>

If people get thier pets fair and square, then who am I to say what they Should and shouldn't do with them? Everyone has equal opportunity here.

i promise ya'll the banner pets will go down in demand and become easier to trade for, if it comes down to that. this happens every event!

You'd think I'd learn that, after being here for the summer event 😂 I guess it just might take me a while to get it through my head.

Like, i know they'll go down in demand, but I still get so desperate to get my hands on one asap, y'know?

Besides I find hoarding better for the economy overall. If you have a bunch of people over paying for them it brings old rares/uncommons back into circulation. And I know some people would rather have the older rares which value increases with time, vs these pets whos demand will drop down significantly towards the end of the event. Just my opinion
