the first one i believe is fair, not quite sure, they might be overpaying with that horse and the second one is really unfair to you. they'd have to add a lot of quantity, and quantity has its own value, so i wouldn't.

If you aren't sure, please don't give advice. Advice should be educated.
The first trade is unfair to the bottom as it's worth 1 '09 rare + a '10 rare.
The top is only worth a '09 rare + a '11 rare.

I personally view this as unfair to the bottom side - but it’s up to you on where you value the event tokens.

Devil Costume = Halloween 2011 = 1 2011 Common/Uncommon
Reaper Hoodie = Halloween 2014 = 1 2014 Common/Uncommo

The top side adds up to a little over 1 2013 Uncommon - so overpay for the Reaper Hoodie, but underpay for the Devil Costume - and for both overall unfair.

But again this depends on where you value the Halloween Tokens.
For this evaluation I valued them at 1-2 2018 Uncommons - but since they are for the current event people may value them at much more.

Trade 01 -

I agree with odd eye’s advice given in the post above - unfair to the bottom they would need to add another 2011 Rare.

Trade 02 -

I agree that quantity has its own value - and that this trade is not fair at all to the bottom.

The top only adds up to a little over 1 2013 Rare.

Which is certainly not fair rarity wise for 4 2009 Rares.
