It was a good thing they had been friends for years, because if anyone else said that, she'd have been shocked out of her skin. But when it came to Remus, it sounded as if she had known it to be true all along, but him saying it just confirmed everything. It was still strange, but a warm, fuzzy, happy strange. She closed the space between them and whispered, barely audible, "I love you too." Knowing the others were still there, she didnt dare do anything else, and turned and skipped to catch up with the rest of the group.
