"Thank you." Max said softly, he went to get some rest, he was exhausted and hus heart ached, he went to the bed that they were letting him stay in and he laid down.

Mary went across the hall and into her room. She took a shower, being as quiet as she could to not wake her family. She changed into some pajamas before checking on Alessa. Alessa was sleeping soundly, so Mary left her alone. She went back to her room and laid down, then fell asleep.

Rainer looked at his watch, he sighed, it was too late to just show up, she he went to the hospital to pick up an extra shift of work.

Maria had stayed up waiting on Rainer. She got her phone and texted him, wondering where he was. Eileen was sleeping in her crib.

Rainer looked at his phone, he smiled a bit, "Sorry, it was too late and I didn't want to wake anyone up, I took an extra shift at the hospital." he texted her back.

Maria sighed some, then shook her head. She answered him back fairly quickly; she told him that he still could've came over and she would've sneaked him inside.

Rainer chuckled, he texted her back, asking if they were love struck teenagers now, sneakin into their parents house.

Maria laid on her bed as she looked at her messages. She replied that she wished she was still 18, and that Mary was close to being a second mother; but that she felt bad that he had to work when he could be sleeping. Maria then requested that he check on Rebecca and Jacqueline.

Rainer chuckled as he read it, he replied that he would go check on the pups and make sure they were okay. He put his phone away before he headed to the NICU to check on them.

Maria set her phone next to her as she stared at the ceiling. Eileen was sleeping soundly in her crib. Maria slowly shut her eyes and yawned, feeling a bit tired. She knew tomorrow would be interesting.
