Matt nodded a little and huffed softly, he looked at Eileen, "So we have to stay here now?" he asked as he looked at Maria, guessing that's why his dad was gone.

[Boomer]

"I think so..." murmured Maria, "I think Mare is gonna get a couple guest rooms set up for you and your dad." She felt bad that their house was destroyed. "The most important thing is that everyone is safe." she said quietly.

Matt frowned, "But that was mom's house too." he said softly, he hugged his knees to his chest and then vanished to the basement, where the train was, since he no longer had a home to go to.

[Boomer]

"Matt-!" winced Maria, but decided to leave him be. She looked to Eileen, then took the pup upstairs. She passed by Mary and told her that Matt was understandably upset.

Matt didn't touch the trains of course, he just sat in the basement and looked at it, his ears back sadly.

Matt came back after awhile, he walked into the house with a sigh, he looked around for his kids.

Mary sat in the living room, deciding that it'd be best to let Matt be by himself for a little while. She didn't want to upset him or his father. Once Max returned to the house, Mary looked over at him. "Alessa is upstairs in the bath and Matthew is down in the den." she said, sensing that he was wanting to find the pups.

Max sighed softly and nodded, he went downsairs to go check on Matt first, knowing he'd be hiirtng as well.

Henry came inside after a while, then went upstairs to change. He noticed that the pups were sleeping in the middle of their bed. Normally he and Mary didn't let the pups sleep with them, but considering what happened, he wasn't about to kick them out. Henry grabbed some clean pajamas and went into their bathroom to shower.

Rainer called Maria after a little while, not exactly happy, but he knew he needed to talk to her.

Maria had just gotten Alessa out of the bath and helped her get dressed when Rainer called. She had Alessa sit on the floor as she answered her phone. "Hey Rainer..." she said quietly, "How's your place?"
