"My name is Leviere, but I go by Lev," Lev murmured with a gallant bow, his long hair moving with the slight breeze. When he stood upright again, he smiled some at Mayia. "I am sorry for any confusions you may have had about who I was..." he said softly. He knew that he wasn't who she thought he was, but part of him wished he had been, so that this poor girl could get a bit of good news.

Halomaru nodded slightly in understanding. He noticed that Elenwen seemed a little... nervous about the card. He became curious about it, but he didn't dare to question her about it. Not yet anyway. "Reading cards, hmm? So are you studying to be an old-fashioned tarot?" He asked with a bright grin. He was rather intrigued with card reading. He couldn't do it himself, but he didn't mind going to a tarot every now and then, most of them being fake and putting him into a bit of a rage, but still entertaining.

Mayia flinched a bit and looked away from Leviere, clutching her staff more tightly. Her palms below her bandages were turning a little red from the blood that rushed to her hand and her knuckles turned white from her tightened grip. "... I-It's alright..." She said quietly, feeling rather disappointed. She continued to quietly search her mind, trying to figure out what that memory was about. Who in the world that boy was. She yearned to know her past. The only one who could have ever told her about her past was murdered... She then shook her head and quietly muttered, "I-I'm Mayia..." introducing herself to Leviere. An interesting name...

Maddy fired her arrow, it whizzed past Alhar, missing him by a long shot, now she sat in the tree...waiting for his reaction

The elven boy never once took his emerald eyes off the couple, his head tilted curiously. They seemed to be talking about cards of some sort. It seemed interesting, but comepletely trivial. Is this what friends did? Anamerak thought back to his own friends. They always talking about what was going on in the clan or what to do today. No, this was probably something human friends did. Like a curious cat, he wanted to know about the cards, what they meant to the humans, but he also wanted to talk to them. He hadn't been able to talk to anyone since he left his clan and he felt awfully lonely. His heart ached and for a split second, his smile faltered as he thought of his family and clan.

He shook his blond head to abolish sad thoughts and peered further out from behind the tree. He was still hidden but if one just look in his direction, they might spot him. He took a small step foward, wanted to see what was on the card. Crack! The stick broke under his foot, loudly. It didn't help he gasped and ducked back behind the tree. Anamerak cursed his misstep mentally and tried to control his breathing. He closed his eyes, waiting.

Elenwen turned back to Halomaru but looked down, her sashes blew around her in the unseen wind. She felt stupid for being afraid of the card, no one had hear the same legends as her, unless they had been told them by the gypsies themselves; about haunted cards that drove their diviers to the brink of insanity, popping up when or after there meaning came to play. They old made sense once there divining came to be. She looked over her shoulder "Yes, I read cards, crystal balls, fires, tea grain... I'm a gypsy am I not?" she said, a devilish smile touching the corner of her mouth. She was a bit angry at him for calling her art old fashioned, it might be ancient but it was the only one around. She could feel the magic of the cards flowing in her pocket. She heard a cracking behind her and froze. All that moved was her hair, sashes and eyes as she looked about for who it was. She didn't even dare to breath until she muttered a quick spell under her breath. A strange singing noise could be heard, somethign cutting through the wind. Elenwen held out her hand and Angrywell flew into it. The black metal of the sword shone cold in the gray light. She held the blade out in front of her as well as any other fighter. "Who goes there!" she shouted to the seemingly empty woods, she sound stronger and more confident than before, but she always seemed to change when she had Angrywell. She glared into the trees, her elven eyes darting about and looking for anything that was out of place.

Alhar saw an arrow fly, he grabbed his sword out of the dirt and held it aloft and steady. It was a heard thing to do with such a heavy blade. He dropped his left foot back as a brace and glared into the trees, looking for the shooter. The shot might have been off but there had been a shot none the less "Come out." he orderd calmly, glaring at the trees above him. He had delt with to many assassins before and he didn't feel like dealling with more of them. He clenched his teeth waiting for the attacker to shot again. He was ready fro a fight, he had been waiting for somethign bad to happen.

Maddy jumped from the tree and looked at Alhar, her long blonde hair whisped over her shoulders and her elf ears poked out on each side on her head, she looked at Alhar cautiously, ready if he was going to attack, she held her bow and an arrow in her hands, her blue eyes scanned him...sizing him

Halomaru turned his head at the sound of an echoing snap that sounded. He looked up and smirked a little, spreading his wings from his back abruptly and flying up in a flurry of mist and leaves that followed his movement. He went above the mist, using his sense of smell to pinpoint the elf in the bushes. He smirked lightly and dove down, landing near the boy. "Hmm. Who are you? Don't you know it's impolite to eavesdrop?" Halomaru said with a smirk, his hypacritic words making him smirk and chuckle. He looked the boy over, standing not one meter away from the boy. "So what's your name, Elf? I am known as Crimson Cloak." He said, his hands in his pockets shile his cloak hid his stature and arms.
