huh? when did you sign up? if it was within the last week, I haven't had time to add everyone yet. however, if you signed up 2 weeks or more ago, or still don't get an update after the next patch comes out, let me know and I'll look into it!

just got the pixel petz update, aaand...
bugs.
the first time i enter the create-a-pet screen, it starts me on the ears but shows me the locked-out mouths. then i can't switch to change the eyes, mouth, head, body, or tail, and changing the sliders does nothing. after going into the color menu and back out into the body menu, it says i have two ears unlocked, but i can't switch between the upright ears and the lopped ears. i also can't switch between the categories. pressing random gives me a random different head part, and when i press customize it gives me a prompt to unlock it with 200 coins, which i assume is intended... except it persists after i unlock the body part. i thought it was just an error, so i tried again... and then i realized it had charged me 400 coins. >=[

I also can't switch to the head tab to equip my new head onto the pet.

ahhhh have you tried a clean install? (uninstall, then reinstall)

ahh, I see the issue... there's an issue with some buggy invisible body part! that's the extra thing the game thought you bought. *facepalm* I've added some coinz to your account!

Nvm I just had to update it, but the shop is broken and wont open up as well as when Im making a new pet I cant click anything but the ears and all of the ear selections are locked.

the locks are intended, but what do you mean you can't click anything but the ears? try a clean install (uninstall, re-install), and if that doesn't fix it let me know the problem in more details, thanks!

They seem to be having the same issue I had, but I took a nap and it magically fixed itself for me. I don't expect that to work for anyone else, though... >.>
