October event for Halloween. go to adopt panel then scroll to the Halloween event

Go to the halloween event page (Which can be found on the front home page or if you go to "Adopt" and click "Halloween candy event") and scroll down on that page where you can find little gift boxes that you have to trade your tokens in for. c:

Scroll over the button at the top that says 'Adopt' and click 'Halloween candy hunt.' This will lead you to the event hub, where you can collect the free gifts, and you can see the boxes that contain the Halloween pets!

The boxes at the bottom contain the ones you're talking about, but you'll need tokens to get them. This is by the banner that will pop up occasionally on new pages throughout the site. Click on it to get a token, and then you can get one of the pets at 3 tokens.
