Not gonna lie, I'm not really a fan of the d20/nat20 dog, though it is majorly creepy. The lack of head and the floating die is eerie, it freaks me the heck out lol.

I'm already loving all the pets in this event, super high hopes!
(although, I'm off to a pretty bad start. Started the event an hour late and got only one of the hamster outcomes, rip ;w;)

I saw the announcement under news about twenty minutes before rollover, then forgot to check cs until 20 minutes afterwards rip

Also all the pets so far are so cute!!! I especially love the Nat20 dog!!

a d20 is a 20 sided die used in tabletop RPGs, most popular of which being dungeons and dragons. A nat 20, or natural 20, being when you roll the die and it lands on 20, it's the most powerful roll in a game.

I don't totally understand the dog but I genuinely kind of think its something only RPGers might get lol.

A nat20 / natural 20 is the highest natural roll you can make, and is the one that is the dogs 'face'. defo not easy to get!
Maybe it's a nod to the fact the pet is rare and hard to get? It's also a fun Halloween design!

A D20 is a 20 sides dice. Nat20 is natural 20, meaning a person rolled the dice and got a 20, the "natural" part comes in because there are no modifiers applied. Someone could roll an 18 on the dice but because of modifiers (a characters stats/gear/etc) it could be boosted to 20 (not a natural 20). I think this is it really I've only played one campaign and ironically it was a spooky one including a really "haunted" ship.
Also Ironic I just got the dog lol.

Aha thanks so much for the D20 explanation. I have seen dice like that before, but had no idea what they were called. (being a gamer, myself, why the heck didn't i know this, Oof! >.< )
