I would say no because in my opinion, a bunch of random uncommons still do not add up to a rare. You wouldn't be able to trade those uncommons for another rare, so it is not equal. Keep the rare.

Yes, I would agree with Stonestable. In that horse litter, they are starting to turn rare so you never know when that one will flourish into one

Another opinion might be best though.
