rofl I have got trade like this before. I usually end up trading them at least one (or a few) of the pets that they want though, lol.

So I got a trade, which was pretty fair, but the message that accompanied it was something else...

They said (no lie): "I really don't know what to offer and I'm sorry I'm not as "high rated" as you and that I have "junky" pets (to your eyes), but I just want to tell you that you are WAY TO harsh on your rules. And don't accept if you want but I'm just thinking that why do you care what is trading for what, I mean the pets you put for trade are like all extras! But what ever I would really like the dog because he is in my wishlist, but I'm not sure if my offer is good enough for you so accept or not I just think those are dumb rules."

Hm, nice way to get your wishlist pet, eh? I thought so too, which is why I responded with this:

"I never once said I thought I was better off than you or that your pets are junky so don't jump to conclusion about me and my rules. And frankly, I don't give a heck what you think about my rules. They're mine and I can do as I wish with them. I don't feel I should explain myself to you or come crawling and apologizing just because one person on CS doesn't like how I phrase my rules. So because you were so rude in your message, you can go get your wishlist dog from someone else."

First time someone has ever attacked me about my trading rules. Note to n00bs: Don't be rude to the person you're hoping to trade with.

I looked at your trade rules and didn't thought they are strict or harsh. They are just normal rules that you can easy understand if you use common sense.

Yeah, no one's ever criticized me about it before, but whatever. I don't really care. It ticked me off at the moment, but now I think it's funny.

I hate to say it...because the Dream Pet Alliance seemed like a good idea for players who wouldn't be able to stand a chance at getting pets...but now that I've worked hard to collect a ton of older and rare pets, on my own with no ones help, and I get outbid on auction pets because the DPA comes in...

I'm starting to really dislike the DPA...there is not just 1 person with one dream pet, there are tons of people with the same dream pet; they are helping one person achieve a dream pet yet not allowing other people to achieve their dream pets, I think its quite unfair how much someone can work towards something yet someone gets help and reaps the benefits.

They help people who ask. They're not going to help everyone who needs one. That's impossible. But others that aren't in te DPA don't always get outbid, there's been plenty of times when a DPA member loses an auction.
The DPA is a great idea. The runners of that project are some of the most generous users on CS.
Please don't feel attacked. I was just stating my opinion.

I really wanted a pet. Someone started an auction while I was asleep. I woke up, and couldn't recieve help on my dreampet, thus, to get it, I have to sacrafise alot

That's my only mumble about the DPA
