Slightly unfair to the top.

The 2018 Rares are a fair swap for each other.

1 2017 Rare = 4 2017 Uncommons
So the bottom is underpaying by 1 2017 Uncommon.

However, if you value 1 Rare at 2 Uncommons from the same year then this trade is unfair to the bottom side by 1 2017 Uncommon.

This is unfair to them due to the age gap. If we assume the same things as above, their pets are with 15 '18 uncommons whereas your side is worth 7 '18 uncommons.
