Is this trade fair? It seems like they've put a lot on their side, considering how they're only asking for 3 pets (even if the dates are quite different)

their side is worth about 8.5 09 rares + the extra, while your side is worth 9-12 09 rares, i always think that quantity has its own bit of addition, so id say its pretty close to fair but not quite

The bottom side is only worth 1 Mid 2010 Rare.
