The bottom adds up to a little over 1 2010 Uncommon + 1 2011 Uncommon + 1 2016 Uncommon

Top side is overpaying.

This trade is unfair to you.
The 2016 Rare is not a store pet - it is from the Summer Space Event and worth another 2016 Rare within 3-months or 1 2014 Uncommon.
1 2016 Rare = 4 2016 Uncommons = 2 2015 Uncommons = 1 2014 Uncommon
*Using the 4:1 Ratio
The bottom side of the trade adds up to a little over 1 2010 Uncommon + 1 2015 Uncommon
Unfair to the items.
The items are from 2011 and worth 1 2011 Common/Uncommon each.
So in total they are worth 3 2011 Commons or 3 2011 Uncommons depending on how you value the items.
The top side only adds up to 2 2011 Uncommons or 1 2011 Uncommon - they would need to add.

Valuing the items at 1 Uncommon each makes the bottom side worth 1 2013 Rare (using the 4:1 ratio).

This isn't even the full set, and the full set isn't worth more than 35-40C$. I would take this, the items aren't that rare.
