help with signature?

okay so ive been seeing people around with images in their signature that change every time you refresh the page or just every time you see them, and i think its really neat and im really intereste d in doing that.. i tried searching google how to do what i said w/ bb code but no luck ): i hope i was clear enough with what im trying to explain. id just really like to learn how to do that.
