Store pet '16 = early rare '10, so 2 rares '09 in total

i honestly don't know what to offer on the kitsune, is this fair?

The kitsunes seem to have a good demand, but personally I wouldn't overpay for them that much.

I do not believe there is any special demand on it - however demand is user based and can vary from player to player.

Yellow/Brown Cookie = Tier 7 Advent

Brown Border Collie = Tier 7 Advent

Rarity wise this is fair as both dogs are on the same tier making it a simple swap.
Up to you on which of the dogs you prefer.

Unfair to the 2012 Store Pet.

2012 Store Pet = 2 2009 Rares

The top side only adds up to 1.5 2009 Rares.
They would need to add another 2010 Rare to make it fair rarity wise.
The 2018 Uncommons do not help the trade at all because they are too recent.

In the first trade your side is worth roughly 2 sorbets + balloon dog and the zebra is worth 3 nons (9 sorbets), so rarity wise they're overpaying a lot.
In the second trade your side is worth almost the same, but the banana is worth 2 nons + green toxic, so it is overpay on their side too. Both pets they're offering tend to go for underpay, so it's up to you how you personally value them. Personally I'd go with the banana trade as it seems to getting better offers than the zebra.
