about:. azura was born on earth to a human mother and a galra father. her father had been a part of the blade of marmora, stationed deep in the galra headquarters, and had come to earth after his cover had been discovered, he had no clue that the blue lion was on earth. when azura was born, her father had passed down his ears to her, while she inherited her mother's complexion and build. when she was old enough, azura's father taught her how to fight, while her mother taught her how to fight with her words. azura's father left earth when word reached him that voltron had returned. azura remained on earth with her mother. when the galra attacked earth, azura lost her mother. she was able to hide out in a forest until voltron took back earth. azura is now a part of the coalition, but many believe she is a spy because of her half-galra blood.
azura loves fighting, because her father taught her, and she works best in the dark, being very agile and quick. she doesn't like small talk, and will often zone out while speaking to someone. azura is good at bartering, and even better at stealing. she prefers action over diplomacy or compromising. azura has good eyesight, and is very impatient and impulsive.

about:. the galra destroyed her home planet, altax, when she was only five years old, and she escaped with only thirty others on an escape pod. the altaxans finally touched down on an ice planet, and began attempting to rebuild their society. altax had been a warm, soft, vegetated planet, so the altaxans found it almost unbearably difficult to adjust to their new home. after ten years, the altaxans have finally created a type of habitat for themselves, although it is nothing like home. some of the younger altaxans, including jayla, adjusted to the ice planet quickly, and by their teens, had discovered they'd gained strange ice powers. jayla is still attempting to understand her newfound skills. she can suck moisture out of the air and create ice particles in her hand. can shape and form this ice to her will.
jay is very shy and introverted, not really talking much. when she does talk, she gets so nervous sometimes that she'll ramble, and often stumble over her words. she can be very absent-minded, and bad at staying on the task at hand. but when does do something, she works hard, wanting to please others. jay is also quite weak physically.

info:. although her name is aries, her sign is actually a gemini. her parents were both obsessed with astronomy and horoscopes, and her father is a retired astronaut. her parents split up when she was fifteen, but remained in the same house for financial reasons. aries' mother got a night job and her father got a day job, so they never have to see each other. they both love aries though, and wish they could spend more time with her and her younger brother, taurus. taurus is seven years younger than aries, and is actually an aquarius. aries is very bold and out-going, always saying whatever's on her mind. it will often get her in awkward situations, but she tries her best. she's very wishful and optimistic about her future, excited to be on broadway someday. aries is very extroverted, always wanting to be around others. she can be very stubborn and proud sometimes, often keeping her from realising she may not always be right.
