Whenever I have a block, I just think about exactly what it is I want to do, and then I go on youtube and make myself laugh so hard that I fall out of my chair with stupid videos like dogs chasing fake squirrels. And then suddenly my inspiration comes back. Laughter's the best medicine, you know? Or whatever. I think it helps ^^

Thanks guys, I'll try those things. I already listen to music the whole time I'm on the computer, and sometimes that helps. But lately, it's like my worst block ever, and it's just so frustrating! I'm going to try some drawing right now, of something easyish, hopefully it will help.

Grace covered her mouth with her elbow. The volcano was covering the island with gray ash. She stumbled after her parents, who were running quite faster than Grace. She ran and ran, her dark brown hair waving in the wind. She reached her arm out, trying to catch them, but her little three-year-old legs weren't fast enough. She lost her parents in the crowd of people running towards the sea to sail out of Hawaii. Grace coughed, the ash starting to take affect to her small lungs. She tripped over a fallen piece of wood and fell on the hard ground. The other people didn't notice her small body and ran right past her. Grace got up slowly, clasping her small rag doll in her tiny hand. She started to run again, more slower this time. It was starting to get hot and harder to breath. She continued to cough and pressed her elbow harder over her mouth. She passed many burning houses, the heat intensifying. The flames caught other near by things on fire and it spread quickly, By the time Grace got to the boats, almost everyone was sailing away, there wasn't one boat left for her. She could here her parents calling out to her in the distance, but when she called back, they didn't hear. At this point Grace's big brown eyes started to well tears and cry. She wouldn't see her parents ever again and she might die from this volcano. She sat down in the sand, all lost. The ash was overpowering now, but she didn't care. She might as well die when there was no one to take care of her. Grace got up and walked over to her house, it was still unburned from the spewing lava. She went into her room and curled up in her little bed, cuddling her rag doll dearly. Grace was happy about one thing, she would go into eternal sleep in her own bed. She closed her eyes and let the ash pour over her, she stopped breathing and died.

I really don't like that little story up there. I rushed with it to try and get it done. It would have been longer and more detailed, but to finish it, I decided to just make the girl die. Hope it's okay. ^^

Ya know whats crazy? I don't really know myself but I'm pretty sure its another word for inspiration. Lol. I knid of want to keep the RP a secret untill I got it all written out on a thread, it builds up more suspence! And does this mean you would be interested in joining?
