Ahh, this still has quite some progress to get through, but I figured I'd post it for now until I have a bit more time to touch it up. c: It likely won't change too much, hehe.
This started as a warm-up sketch, but I uh, went a bit overboard.
That can't hurt too much, right?No reference used for the subjects in this drawing. I wanted to test my memory with a feline skull, and after getting the initial sketch down, I refined it to attempt accuracy. I'm not sure what's going on with the candle, though. cx I sort of rushed it, but I do plan to do more experiments to hopefully improve my candles, lol!
On another note - the timer is likely a bit off. I was having quite a bit of trouble with my layers, computer glitches, and getting my tablet to cooperate - I ended up using my trackpad to make up for some of it, haha. I was doing some other work and studying off to the side along with small breaks, but aside from that I'm sure it's close.
