I also think the Morse code is not something to unscramble but are codes that are part of the List of RAF squadron codes.

When you put Dia’s Morse Code hint into Wiki, it leads to this link - https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_RAF_squadron_codes
which are part of the List of RAF (Royal Air Force) squadron codes

And your artwork of the flying snake looks a lot like the - British Army Air Corps 670 Squadron Embroidered Crest Badge Patch -

Something about Giselle then... She's been brought up in the past but people always focused on Eirik, Percy, and Ciervos more (and kept removing Giselle from the hint chart >:|)
