Rei was silent. She didn't deserve any of this. She was too kind... She had been so happy before. Now this company was stripping away the life she had before. Obsidian was ruthless, they didn't care about what happened to their little pawns in their games - the company only cares about getting what they wanted. And they don't want the world to find out, so they'll just get rid of the useless pieces of their game. There were the missing pieces, and the broken pieces, and then there were the pieces still going on the board. He wondered if Phoenix was the same way. Reya didn't deserve to be just another piece in Obsidian's game. "We aren't going to die here. I'll get you out of here." He was determined to keep his promise. In the past, he had promise with someone, but it had been broken by the other person. He wasn't going to be that person who broke their promise.

Other people, who had little to no side effects from the machine, were walking out just fine. She was okay now, and she had been dismissed, so she was assuming she could leave. Azriel was walking towards the exit when she stopped. Sam. She turned around and began scanning the people in the room, looking for one person in particular. She couldn't find him. Frowning, she moved forward and then noticed a line of hospital beds for those who were in the worst conditions. And then she found him. She began to walk up, but she was stopped by a few doctors, saying she couldn't go any closer. She wouldn't be able to see him for awhile. There were no room for objections, she knew that. After learning the truth about the companies, she would be extremely cautious. Pursing her lips together, she nodded and stepped back.

Reya felt her throat tighten up as if the sadness and fear were a physical being grasping around her, suffocating and taking over. Reyas watery eyes acted like a blurry mask, she could hardly see Reis face when she looked up at it, that was until the tears on their own, slipped down her cheeks like consistent streams. She pondered how she felt before coming here. She felt lucky before.. almost honoured. But now she was dishonoured and feeling very down on herself. Reyas head once again hit on her knees as she let out a soft and singular sob followed by a sniffle. "I'm sorry I'm not strong enough Rei.. I'm so weak. Not physically, just emotionally." she said as she looked up at the once again at his scarf and his hat, those two things framed his brilliant coloured eyes.. The way the shine like stars made her racing heart slow into gentle thumps instantly. "I wont leave here without you" she murmured softly as she forced a slight smile.

as he made fierce eye contact with each and every one of the doctors he turned into them, almost glitching like a machine. His body violently thrusting around on the bed and almost leaping out of the bed if it weren't for the metal straps holding him down, just like a metal bar on a roller coaster, it holds you in to keep you safe but in this case, it was keeping the doctors safe. Not from the big fall or the loops, but him. His mutations were crossing with the doctors so he was turning into disfigured versions of themselves which made them jump back slightly at the horrific and disgusting sight of Sam on the bed. His eyes blazing with confusion and anger. Where was Az? where was she? she wasn't there. Where was she? in an almost demented voice he cried out "AZ! HELP". Slobbers spurting from his mouth as he screamed
