➳fay - friend; colt views fay with a high perspective, and genuinely likes the deer's personality. he enjoys talking to her, and simply hanging out if she's available. he will ramble a lot to her, and he views her as his sister in a sense.
➳katani - friend; she got a good place in colt's heart. like fay, he enjoys talking to her, especially as they work. he teases her quite often, but in a playful manner. he will constantly nag on her about her writings, though he is genuinely curious about them (most of the time). he'll help her with anything she needs while working though, and enjoys helping her with different work-related things.
➳cain - leader; looks up to cain with high respect. he wants cain to be stress free, no matter how difficult it may be.

➳kasper -apprentice; encourages the youngling the best he can, and does his best as a mentor. alaric will often remind himself that the youngling won't be very small forever, and will grow more than twice his size likely. nevertheless, he's very fond of the younger centaur and wants to set the perfect example.
➳reagan - crush; he's very open to reagan, surprisingly. he never gives off the idea of actually liking the other male, despite his crush. alaric will try his best to make good impressions whenever around reagan, but if alaric were to no tend up with reagan, that would be fine with him because the small deer just wants reagan to be happy.

Kitani and Fay could totally be friends. I bet Fay would love to hear about the book Kitani is writing.
I love the idea of Kasper and Dante becoming friends, although I imagine Kasper being kind of afraid of him at first.
Not sure about Cain though. Like you said I feel it would not add much to the story.

i kind of want alaric to have a little crush on reagan. just the idea of reagan being tall and alaric being to short is cute haha. but also, alaric is a good listener. since raegan likes to talk, alaric could put his input where needed.

also, could colt and katani possibly be friends? maybe not close friends, but everyone needs someone to talk to when working (since they have the same task).

Alright, I'll add Kitani and Colt as friends for Fay. Oh, and Targetwolfie, I plan to have Alaric be Kasper's mentor later on. Right now Kasper is still too unsure of life lol

I'll also update the relations and ranks pages.
