Yesterday I stepped on a tiny shard of glass but I pulled it out of my foot on time and it didn't really hurt. Some time later, I realized that my foot was bleeding. I don't know how I hadn't noticed that earlier.

I love dogs but I have a fear of them because for some reason they don’t like me? Every dog I’ve met has been claimed to be “so sweet” or “the nicest” then they see me and start growling... But I still want one when I’m older

5/10 Ohmygosh I’m so sorry! D’: It’s always awful when you like an animal and it doesn’t like you back, but I can’t imagine it being like that with EVERY dog! I hope that when you get older you can get one as a puppy and raise it and then it’ll never-ever dislike you (because you’ll be the one who has always fed it).

I like pacing around at night, but I imagine “jumpscares” all the time — even more then, when it’s quiet. At the windows, I feel like the horrible face of something aggressive could slam up against it at any minute — I can picture it, like a... a daymare, I guess — daydreaming gone wrong, because my imagination is so vivid, over and over again in the space of a few seconds. I often feel like there’s someone (or something) behind me, even though I know nothing’s there, I know I know I know it so much, but my emotional thoughts won’t obey the academic knowledge that there is nothing there.

And yet I still pace... so I guess it really must not scare me THAT much, or else I wouldn’t go near the windows.
