xxxxxxShiningClan's base camp was founded in a small abandoned building. The cats of ShiningClan have figured out a way to separate areas of the cabin into 'dens' - using natural debris found in the forest. Sticks, smalls rocks, moss, and mud hold together as barriers to separate dens. These still need some work, but that will come in time with more cats. For now, all dens except the leader's den are in the bottom portion of the house. The leader sleeps up the stairs (and this is also where the herbs are kept, because they are less likely to get trampled, blown away by wind, etc.).
xxxxxx The surrounding area is mostly forest. On the far northeast edge of the territory there is a river that flows into a pond. During periods with little to no rain, the river is cross-able and some cats have been known to venture out of the territory to see what there is. A little ways away, beyond the river, there is a known path for Twolegs; they come hiking through the forest, sometimes alone, sometimes in pairs or groups. An occasional ATV can be heard or seen as well. From the cats' side of the pond, a Twoleg home can be seen.
xxxxxxOn the opposite side of the territory, there is an open field. The cats of ShiningClan tend to stay away from the field, and marked their territory right on the edge. No cat has yet to explore what lies beyond this field, but many speculate there is a farm with big animals, since a few cats have thought they've seen a Twoleg riding on top of a very large animal.
xxxxxxShiningClan is known to be home to cats who prefer hiding and being under cover rather than being in the open. They are constantly surrounded by trees and other sorts of cover, so being out in an open space feels very wrong to them. They aren't necessarily secretive, and are quite receptive to strangers, but they can be a bit on the cautious side since they are so isolated from other groups. If a lone cat ventured into the territory, they would be less likely to question them than a group of two or more cats. Because of their foliage and pond, ShiningClan cats are known to be strong swimmers and strong climbers.
xxxxxx Since the cats are hidden in the shade and rarely venture to where the sun really shines, they are used to colder temperatures. That being said, the winters are still harsh and effect them greatly - but they owe a lot to the building they live in, since snow does not usually get inside. Rain storms are their biggest problem, with minor flooding occuring during long periods of rain. When this happens, the cats all end up squeezing into the upper part of the cabin, where the leader usually stays by themself.
Predators: xxxxxx Occasionally Bears and coyotes. Weasels, wolverines. Occasional lost dog. Birds of prey, if a smaller cat is caught out in the open field.
Prey: xxxxxx Mice, birds, rabbits, squirrels, shrews, frogs, fish. Nothing really out of the ordinary.

These guys live up North and have pretty long hair. most of the time, they have light colors to hide them from their prey. These guys are also pretty loyal to the warrior code, and will always follow it. They're really quick to fight and usually go by the fact that every cat counts. They normally work their apprentices for quite a while.
Their location is in a tundra, and they're close to an ocean.
