Why?

• She's singing (mermaids sing)
• The pink dots look a lot like scales (like a fish)
• Percy had notes, this pup has notes
• She's blue, which is the common color for water
• Long tail, may or may not transform into a fishy one later as it grows?
• This might be a stretch, but it does look a little chubbier than the others...
