There's a company in hong kong that makes unlicensed plushies. They're not bootleg though since they have original patterns. I've been looking for the Houndour one for some time and found one on ebay. The Houndour has been discontinued and they haven't showed up for sale in years. I just bought it yesterday and overpayed for it because of how much I wanted it. I'm actually really happy. I have all the Houndour plushies now. All the plushies, cards and I'm missing only 2 figures!
I'll probably get some custom plushies in the future because of how obsessed I am with that little skull faced pup

Can anyone give me like a crash course on Let's Go? Like, how different is it really from the main series games? (If anyone knows that at all). Because I really disliked Pokemon Go, I live in such a rural area that there was literally nothing around. So I won't be able to use Pokemon from Go to help me in Let's Go. I've heard there are no random encounters through a friend, but I don't know if that's true.
I guess mostly I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's at all close to a main series game, since they're basing it off of a main series game? I do play spinoffs, but if I were to pre-order this game I'd want to know what I'm getting myself into and I couldn't find decent search results (but I didn't really look that hard XD). Like I loved Pokemon Conquest, the Mystery Dungeon that I played... but I didn't like some of the others like Ranger or Go.
I tried to watch videos but the internet here was having a meltdown so that didn't really work out in my favor.

From what I remember
-You can't battle wild Pokémon (it goes straight to a capture screen like in GO)
-It seems even easier than normal games... like stupid easy. You can't even enter the first gym unless you have a Pokémon with a type advantage on your team.
- there is no trading battling/online Edit: nevermind, there is. I guess that was a rumor at some point.
-You don't encounter Pokémon in grass, instead you see them and run up to them to initiate capture
-There is still trainer/gym battles. They appear to be similar to main games.
-pokemon follow you
-hms still appear to be gone
-you can dress up the pikachu/Eevee starter you get
-it's kind of co-op if you have a 2nd controller? Or if you use the other joycon? I'm not sure which it is but either way there is co-op.
-it's basically looks like a remake of yellow but as a side game. The only new thing story wise I've seen so far is the rival, which is a let down to me.
Honestly it doesn't look as bad as I make it out to be... it's just not worth a 60$ price tag to me. If it drops down in price or find a deal that makes it 40ish bucks I'd buy it. If I spend 60$ on a Pokémon game it better have some amazing end game content and a really long story mode.
